Una bella notizia dal Times:

An American cardinal has become the latest Roman Catholic bishop to consider selling his residence and donating the proceeds to the poor. Cardinal Francis George, Archbishop of Chicago, said he was considering selling his $20 million lakeside mansion in order to return to “evangelical simplicity”. “I would like to conform my own life to a model that’s more simple,” the cardinal said. Last week, the Right Rev Patrick O’Donoghue, Bishop of Lancaster, said he was selling his residence because its “grandeur” was inappropriate for a Christian leader.
